As a Digital Retail & eCommerce Coordinator you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Client Experience Management: Monitor and enhance client experience and satisfaction, implementing strategic actions to consistently achieve the highest levels of client contentment.
- CRM & SEO Strategy Execution: Strategically implement CRM campaigns and SEO efforts to drive traffic.
- Content Translation and Testing: Oversee translations and user experience testing for the Louis Vuitton website and LV app to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Website Content Management: Ensure that all information on the website is current and accurately reflects the latest updates and offerings including product grid optimization.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Conduct thorough analyses providing insights and recommendations to enhance the overall business.
- Omnichannel Business Development: Collaborate with the Retail team to advance omnichannel business strategies and execute local initiatives.
- Digital Advocacy: As an integral member of the digital team, regularly present digital initiatives internally to foster an omnichannel mindset and promote digital adoption across the organization.
Profile
- Academic background in digital or business sciences, or a comparable field.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI.
- First initial experience in online marketing or e-commerce with a strong affinity for numbers.
- Goal-oriented and digitally savvy, with strong analytical and conceptual thinking abilities.
- Solid understanding of omnichannel activities in the luxury landscape.
- Creative and team-oriented, with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills; Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
