Business Development Representative - DACH

Responsibilities

• Generate a pipeline of leads and business opportunities through prospecting into companies and conducting market research.
• Follow up with prospects through inbound and outbound cold calls and emails.
• Partner closely with Account Executives to move the qualified pipeline through the sales cycle.
• Understand customer needs and requirements.
• Effectively communicate the value proposition to secure initial meetings with potential new customers.
• Brainstorm with the team on how to identify key players and generate interest in Insider’s products.
• Always maintain and expand the prospect database in assigned segments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related fields.
• Fair understanding of the e‑commerce market is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Natural around the phone; dialing dozens of numbers a day is effortless.
• Passion for market research, identifying key players, and generating leads.
• Desire to hustle and prove oneself.
• Ability to be flexible and adapt quickly in a fast‑paced, start‑up environment.
• Fair understanding of Digital Marketing or experience in a customer‑oriented position.
