We are looking for an optimistic and results driven individual to join Insta360 for a unique opportunity to help build Insta360’s EU/Germany office based in Berlin, Germany. Insta360 is a global company headquartered in the Silicon Valley of China, Shenzhen, with offices in Japan, the United States and Germany.

Responsibilities

• Account Management : Oversee and manage the official German Insta360 social media account.
• Brand Ambassador : Act as the face and host across all German social media channels, engaging the community authentically.
• Strategy Development & Execution : Develop and implement a social media strategy emphasizing genuine, in-house content that resonates with the target audience.
• Content Creation :
  Capture and produce engaging content at events and workshops.
  Create and manage content for all channels in both English and German.
• Collaboration :
  Work closely with an extensive influencer network to amplify reach.
  Coordinate with internal marketing teams for aligned messaging and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Experience : 1-3 years of experience in managing social media channels, ideally for tech or lifestyle brands.
• Editing Skills : The candidate should have good experience in video editing and knowledge of most common photo editing tools.
• Personality : Outgoing, confident, and comfortable being in front of the camera.
• Hosting Experience : Experience in hosting streams or live events.
• Passion for the Industry : Genuine interest in action sports and the camera industry.
• Educational Background : Bachelor’s degree or higher in digital media, videography, or a similar field.

Salary : 3.800,00€ – 4.600,00€ per month
