Head of Marketing (m/f/d) in Berlin

We are looking for a Head of Marketing to own and scale our end-to-end marketing function as we make circular office transformation the new standard. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role for someone who has built and scaled marketing at a high-growth B2B company and is ready to take full ownership of our strategy and growth.

Activities

• Category & positioning: Own the narrative that makes Fenyx the obvious answer for any company planning an office move, reduction or fit-out.
• Demand generation & CRM: Design and run the full B2B pipeline engine with HubSpot at its core; set the targets, instrument the funnel, and own the numbers.
• Sales enablement: Turn deliverables into market-ready assets such as case studies, CO2 and cost arguments, pitch material, and a clean lead handover to the Head of Sales.
• Content & editorial: Manage website, LinkedIn, newsletter, case studies, video, and thought leadership content.
• Team & budget: Grow the team, manage the budget, and hold our agency for SEA, SEO, and website accountable.

Requirements

• 6+ years in B2B marketing with real ownership, meaningful budget, and measurable results.
• Proven experience in owning demand generation end-to-end with a clear impact on pipeline.
• Ability to lead and grow a team while maintaining a hands-on edge.
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills and the ability to show your work.
• Proficiency in using AI and automation as a force multiplier.

Team

You will report directly to the CEO/founders and partner closely with Sales and Operations. Our team works AI-first, utilizing tools like Claude, n8n, and HubSpot in our daily operations.
