Senior Brand Activation Manager (m/f/d) in Berlin

You will decide how Fenyx becomes visible, relevant, and memorable in every city we enter. This role offers you the unique opportunity to work at the intersection of brand and performance, building a scalable activation playbook while shaping our brand from the ground up with a direct line to the founders.

Activities

• Develop and run the shop launch playbook, covering local PR, creator activation, and opening formats.
• Build local partnerships with client companies, designers, and neighborhood communities.
• Run community activation formats, including early-access drops and newsletter management.
• Manage brand presence at trade fairs and events in collaboration with the Head of Sales.
• Execute social media strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok, including content planning and video production.
• Steer performance marketing and CRM activities based on clear KPIs.
• Guide our working student for Brand Activation & Marketing.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in brand activation, brand, or field marketing, ideally in a fast-growing environment.
• Proven ability to combine emotional brand levers with hard numbers and KPI-driven steering.
• Strong partnership-building skills to turn collaborations into real reach.
• Proficiency in visual storytelling, including briefing, shooting, and editing content.
• Daily use of AI tools for ideation, content creation, and reporting.
• Fluency in German and English.

Team

You will report directly to the Head of Marketing and work closely with our Sales and Operations teams, as well as our external agency. You will also have the opportunity to guide our working student for Brand Activation & Marketing.
