As our Senior Talent Acquisition Manager – Commercial, you will take full ownership of our hiring strategy for Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing. You will shape how we hire, build our processes, and ensure we attract exceptional talent to support our scaling efforts. Activities Actively source candidates and conduct candidate conversations. Run several commercial hiring processes in parallel. Build and refine hiring processes from scratch. Advise and challenge hiring managers regarding profiles and decisions. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to signed contract. Requirements At least 4 years of recruiting experience, including at least 2 years in-house at a high-growth B2B SaaS company. Proven track record in hiring SDRs and Account Executives. Demonstrated success in direct sourcing and data-driven pipeline management. Experience with structured, scorecard-based interviewing. Strong closing skills and ability to manage stakeholders effectively. Team You will report to our Co-CEO, Fritz Cramer, and work closely with our VP Sales, Head of SC Sales, Head of Customer Success, and Marketing Lead in an open and international environment.
