As a Commercial Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our employees and customers have a deep understanding of our physical and digital products.

Leveraging your passion for training and product education, your responsibilities will span across training diverse groups, developing effective training programs, and establishing as well as operating a physical training center at our headquarters in Ludwigsburg, Germany.

1. Conducting Training Sessions

Train a Diverse Audience: You will be responsible for designing and delivering training sessions for a wide and diverse range of stakeholders, including:

• Delivering engaging training sessions for customers and new hire employees to equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge.

2. Training Program Development

• Identifying training needs and tailoring programs accordingly.
• Measuring the effectiveness of training initiatives and providing feedback to management.
• Staying current on new product developments and incorporating them into training programs.

3. Physical Training Center

Design and Execute a Training Facility: Establish a dedicated training center at our headquarters. Considering the following aspects:

• Space and Equipment: Plan the layout, procure necessary equipment, and set up training stations.
• Safety Measures: Ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Scheduling: Coordinate training sessions and manage bookings in-house as well as externally by occasionally traveling to our clients on-site.
• Trainer Resources: Equip the center with teaching aids, visual materials, and hands-on tools in collaboration with the Product Marketing Team.
• Certification Programs: Develop certification pathways for different roles (e.g., certified installer, product specialist).

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Engineering, Business).
• Proven experience as a commercial or technical trainer or in a similar capacity.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in German & English (additional languages are a plus) with the ability to convey complex information clearly and understandably.
• Strong interpersonal skills, such as active listening, adaptability to diverse audiences, empathy, and patience.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and effective training methodologies.
• Ability to design and develop impactful training programs and tailor training content for diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Passion for Learning: Stay updated on product developments and industry trends as well as our internal development.
