We are looking to hire a Paid Social Performance Marketing Manager (Junior / Mid level) focused on the German and Austrian markets. This role will focus on managing existing paid social channels such as Meta and TikTok, while also exploring new platforms like Lead Generation and Native Ads.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with paid social campaigns, a creative mindset with an ability to think outside the box, and a solid analytical approach. The role will involve close collaboration with our Brand and Product teams to align strategy and execution.
To be successful in this role you must be:
- Detail-oriented and organised, with strong project management skills.
- Proactive and motivated self-starter, focused on continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, particularly in cross-functional team settings.
- Creative thinker, with the ability to generate innovative solutions and think outside the box.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 2-4 years of hands-on experience in Paid Social, with a focus on creative optimisation. Extensive experience with both Meta and TikTok is a must.
- Experience with Lead Generation or Native Ads platforms is a plus.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Must be able to regularly visit one of our European offices.
- Fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in German is a big plus.
Additional Qualifications:
- Proven track record in planning, executing, and optimising Meta & TikTok campaigns.
- Experience working closely with the Brand team, analysing creative assets and providing actionable insights during brainstorming sessions.
- Strong quantitative skills, with the ability to generate insights and develop actionable strategies.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking tools for measuring campaign performance.
- Knowledge of attribution tools and data analysis for campaign optimisation and performance tracking.
