CLSP, IGCSE and IB DP Chinese Language Teacher (40-50%)

Your job includes in particular:

• Cambridge Lower Secondary & IGCSE Chinese
• IB Diploma Programme Chinese A Language and Literature HL and SL
• Delivering engaging and differentiated Chinese language instruction to middle and high school students
• Preparing students for Cambridge IGCSE and IB Diploma assessments
• Supervising Language A extended essays in Chinese
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure high academic standards and continuity across programmes

What you should bring:

• University degree and/or professional teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, B. Ed., Lehrdiplom, or equivalent) with experience in teaching at secondary school level
• Experience teaching IGCSE and/or IB Chinese, preferably in an international school setting
• Fluency in English
• Be a positive role model and enthusiastic team member
• Be ready and able to engage, motivate and support students of mixed ability
• Strong organisational, communication and ICT skills
• Eligibility for a Swiss work permit
