The Plein Soleil Department of the Institution of Lavigny, located in Lausanne, is dedicated to people with progressive neurological diseases or brain injuries, and includes a 68-bed nursing home, a 10-place CAT, 12 protected housing units and an outpatient therapy centre. It is a unique living and care environment in the Canton of Vaud, offering personalised support, with care and therapy services, educational and socio-cultural activities, personal development and well-being workshops, spiritual support and a service dedicated to the relatives of the residents.

A socio-educational assistant on a permanent contract at 80%
You will be specifically responsible for:
- Contributing to the development and implementation of personalised support projects for residents within an interdisciplinary framework - Designing, organising and leading group or individual activity sessions to meet residents’ needs - Providing support to residents in daily living activities and delivering delegated medical care under the responsibility of the supervising nurse - Offering "well-being" services that contribute to the quality of life of residents - Acting as a support contact and promoting the resident’s integration into their network - Working closely with the residence’s responsible educator and the animation sector
Your profile:
- Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as a socio-educational assistant or equivalent qualification - Experience in supporting people with disabilities - Good ability to work interdisciplinarily - Flexibility in working hours (weekends, evenings, public holidays) - Driving licence B required - FEE training is an advantage
