Social-Educational Assistant or Specialised Educator
Fixed-Term Contract of 12 Months at 60%
La Passerelle has two pre-training centres, located in Morges and Rolle. They welcome adolescents from the Western Vaud region who have completed their compulsory schooling. Before entering professional training, these centres offer them a period of exploration and experimentation of the working world.
For a variable duration, but up to their majority at most, young people are supported not only in their professional project but also in the choices necessary for their adult life. The proposed pathway thus allows them to develop their critical thinking, social and cultural life, guiding them towards autonomy that guarantees them a true "place" in our world.
Your main responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive support to the adolescent, based on the Romand Study Plan both in disciplinary areas, general education, and transversal skills.
Your profile:
- A recognised qualification - Experience with adolescents facing developmental difficulties of various origins would be an asset - Experience in supporting adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is essential. - Initial experience in the Swiss territory, - The ability to work in a multidisciplinary team is essential.
