For our finance and accounting department, we are looking to add the skills and enthusiasm of a:
Accountant (M/F) 100%
Your mission:
- Assist the head of department in the daily management and organisation of the team; - Establish and monitor the invoicing of all institutional services; - Participate in the continuous improvement of the management and organisation system by making concrete proposals; - Carry out administrative tasks related to the account closing processes and budget preparation; - Collaborate with other administrative departments and provide support to educational teams within the framework of cross-functional projects; - Ensure the follow-up of various accounting tasks within the department.
Your profile:
- You hold a certified accounting qualification, complemented by at least 3 years of professional experience; - You have very good knowledge of Excel and ERP systems — proficiency in ProConcept is an asset; - Ideally, you have several years of experience within an institution.
