To support our various missions, we are looking to add the skills and enthusiasm of a:
Maintenance Manager (M/F) at 100%
Your mission:
Reporting to the infrastructure management, you ensure the proper functioning, maintenance, technical safety and compliance of buildings, installations and equipment. You coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance as well as the interventions of internal and external service providers, ensuring they contribute to the well-being and quality of life of the people cared for.
Your main responsibilities:
- Ensure the general organisation and smooth running of the maintenance department. - Plan and monitor the daily activity of a team of 6 building professionals, controlling the progress of work according to defined priorities. - Guarantee the technical safety of buildings and respond promptly to fire and technical alarms. - Monitor energy consumption and prepare readings. - Manage procurement, tenders and supplier contacts. - Coordinate key and access badge management. - Provide certain basic training (fire alarms, induction day, etc.). - Collaborate with various internal departments (green spaces, housekeeping, IT, etc.).
Your profile:
- Vocational training (CFC level) in a technical field (building, maintenance) and significant experience in team management. - Ability to organise, prioritise and delegate the work of a team. - Leadership and ability to unite, motivate and develop team members. - Good knowledge of building supervision and home automation systems (Sauter, Equans, KNX), telephone exchange and alarm management (ASCOM), as well as access control (KABA-EXOS). - Practical experience with a pool management and maintenance system (an asset).
