What you can expect from the role
- Run and further develop Salesforce Account Engagement as product owner
- Define the roadmap and backlog, and turn requirements into configuration or user stories for Application IT
- Build automated customer journeys and email campaigns with Marketing, Sales and Product Management
- Refine lead scoring and the handover of qualified leads to Sales
- Keep data quality, CRM sync and email deliverability in good shape
- Work closely with our Product Owner Digital Customer Experience
- Measure performance with clear KPIs, reports and dashboards
- Evaluate new Salesforce features, including AI, and help decide the platform’s future
What you offer
- Degree in marketing, business, business informatics or similar, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with a B2B marketing automation platform, ideally Salesforce Account Engagement
- Good understanding of Salesforce CRM data and lead management
- Basic HTML/CSS skills for email templates and landing pages
- Experience with requirements, user stories and backlogs
- Analytical, structured and independent, and at ease with several stakeholders
- Fluent English; German is a plus
