You will join a team of passionate professionals including project managers, architects, service managers, business analysts, and developers. Main missions Support pre-project phases by conducting studies, feasibility analyses, and workload estimations. Support projects during their design phase to ensure the quality of proposed solutions. Design and maintain the product roadmap and backlog, prioritising the use of standard software features. Ensure solution consistency with company standards and market best practices. Participate in the continuous improvement of processes, methods, and tools. Education University of Applied Sciences or university degree in computer science, engineering degree from EPF or equivalent. Key skills Minimum 5 years of proven experience in functional analysis on the ServiceNow platform. Expertise in AppEngine and Customer Service Management (CSM) modules.
