Overview

In this role, you will develop and manage the project schedule across the EPCQ life cycle for technically complex facilities in life sciences. You will lead planning efforts and collaborate across engineering, procurement, cost and construction, delivering a cohesive master schedule for capital projects. You’ll analyze schedule data, optimize critical paths, and report progress to enable on-time delivery and value engineering. This position offers ownership of schedule integrity, data visualization, and continuous improvement in a safety-driven environment.

Verantwortungsbereiche

  • Develop, monitor and update the full EPCQ project plans and schedules
  • Lead scheduling meetings and planning sessions across teams
  • Validate schedule durations and logic from partners and integrate into the master schedule
  • Baseline schedules and document basis for approval; monitor progress, deviations and impacts on critical paths
  • Collaborate with estimating and cost control to load resource/cost into schedules
  • Support constructability and value engineering through planning inputs
  • Generate earned value, SPI, CPI, and other schedule metrics; prepare reports and analyses
  • Provide supervision to junior staff and contribute to process improvements and organizational learning
  • Conduct job-site progress verification and assess schedule impacts of change orders
  • Maintain historical schedule data and capture lessons learned during project closeout

Zentrale Anforderungen

  • 10+ years as planner/scheduler on facilities capital projects
  • Knowledge of EPCQ processes in Pharma/Bio-tech
  • Proficiency in CPM, Last Planner, 4D scheduling
  • Strong analytical and computer skills; proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Project
  • Experience with MS Office (Excel, Access) and data visualization tools (Power BI)
  • Familiarity with vPlanner, BIM 360 and other planning tools
  • PMI, AACEI or similar certifications
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage large information sets under deadlines
  • Capable of working in home and field environments with up to 50% travel
