Unterstütze uns als ESG Data Validation Specialist (m/f/d) und stelle sicher, dass die Assessments der Lieferanten unserer Kunden korrekt ausgefüllt sind und hilfst ihnen damit, ihre Lieferketten nachhaltiger zu gestalten. In dieser Rolle wirst Du Teil des Validation Teams. Wenn Du gerne sorgfältig arbeitest und Lust hast, Dich in ein breites Spektrum von ESG Risiken einzuarbeiten, dann bist Du das Talent, nachdem wir suchen! Es handelt sich um eine Teilzeitstelle auf 30 Stunden Basis.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du überprüfst die Antworten der Lieferanten in den jeweiligen Assessment-Bögen auf Vollständigkeit und Richtigkeit
- Du prüfst die eingereichten Zertifikate auf Richtigkeit und Aktualität
- Du trägst Deine Ergebnisse in unserem System ein und hilfst uns dabei, in Zukunft genauer zu arbeiten und Risiken schneller zu erkennen
- Nach einer gewissen Einarbeitungszeit wirst Du Fragen von Lieferanten beantworten und in die weitere Lieferantenkommunikation gehen
- Du wirst an Deinen Arbeitstagen an unseren Daylies und anderen Teammeetings teilnehmen, um stets am Ball zu bleiben und damit ein fester Bestandteil unseres Teams zu werden
- Du bist an einer staatlich anerkannten Hochschule immatrikuliert in Deutschland
- Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- sowie Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Du überzeugst durch Deine Motivation, Deinen Teamspirit und Deine selbständige Arbeitsweise
- Du punktest mit Deiner schnellen Auffassungsgabe und einem guten Auge für Details
