Responsibilities:
- Design implementable technical solutions that leverage process automation technologies.
- Develop software requirement specifications for robotics solutions.
- Analyze and test existing systems for compatibility with preferred automation platforms.
- Co-design and validate future state processes that are compatible with future state robotics solutions.
- Support business case development by helping to size implementation effort and cost.
- Build thought leadership and expertise around best-practice RPA solution design and implementation.

Qualifications:
Successful candidates will have a proven capability of delivering technical solutions with RPA. In addition, prospective candidates will need a strong understanding of the high-level impact RPA can have on organizations, coupled with an appetite to develop and lead an autonomous division around this function.
Required Experience:
- Experience with Robotic Process Automation tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, and other process automation tools).
- Experience with one or more of the following areas: process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma), agile software development methodologies, systems, and infrastructure.
Location: Anywhere in Germany – (You must have EU work eligibility as my client is unable to sponsor any work permits and must be able to speak German). This is an excellent opportunity with a leading technology services company with global opportunities and amazing customers.
