PLM Consultant (m/f/d)

These tasks await you:

• In a structured manner, you collect information about current business processes, workflows and potential for improvement in the customer environment
• You will also analyse existing software architectures with a high degree of accuracy and identify potential optimisation requirements
• With foresight, you create specifications, draft solutions and cost estimates for new projects in the PLM environment
• You contribute to the development of well thought-out software architectures based on customer needs
• Thanks to thorough software testing and the creation of clear technical documentation, you ensure the high quality of the solutions provided
• You will also ensure the optimal use of PLM systems on the basis of process-orientated method documentation developed by you
• You are committed to supporting the implementation and expansion of new software solutions in the customer environment
• Thanks to your technical enthusiasm, you also enjoy regularly familiarising yourself with new methods and technologies

You will impress us with:

• A degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering or a comparable qualification
• At least 2 years of professional experience in the PLM environment
• Solid knowledge of Siemens Teamcenter (possibilities, architecture, modules, etc.)
• Experience in the areas of engineering and manufacturing as well as the associated processes and architectures
• Fluency in English
• We particularly welcome knowledge of the automotive and mechanical engineering sectors
