ph3Senior RF IC Design Engineer /h3pWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IC Design Engineer to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing broadband RF circuits up to millimeter wave frequencies for optical coherent applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SiGe and silicon-based IC architecture, design, and layout, with expertise in handling frequencies above 30GHz. /ph3Responsibilities: /h3ulliDesign, layout, and verification of IC subblocks operating in the multi-GHz range /liliCollaborate closely with test and application engineers to ensure optimal performance and functionality /liliContribute to the development of high-speed transimpedance amplifiers, linear modulator drivers, and DC control loops /liliSupport product characterization and provide technical expertise throughout the product development and release cycle /li /ulh3Qualifications: /h3ulliMaster's degree (M.S.) in a relevant field with a minimum of 2 years of IC design experience /liliProven experience in designing 30+ Gbps TIA's and linear modulator drivers; familiarity with DC control loops is advantageous /liliIn-depth knowledge of SiGe bipolar IC design or RF CMOS, along with a strong foundation in analog design principles /liliHands-on experience in mmWave, RF, and analog integrated circuit design /liliProficiency in using Cadence schematic design and layout tools; scripting experience is a plus /liliFamiliarity with EM modeling tools such as EMX, ADS, HFSS, or Sonnet is highly desirable /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
