Principal RF IC Design EngineerWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal RF IC Design Engineer to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in developing MMIC for optical coherent applications. You will be responsible for the end-to-end process of IC development, from concept to productisation, with a focus on SiGe and silicon-based ICs operating at frequencies above 30GHz.This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a strong background in high-frequency IC design who thrives in a collaborative and innovative environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development of integrated circuits from initial concept through to productisationArchitect, design schematics, layout, and perform hands-on laboratory characterization of high-frequency ICsManage projects effectively, provide technical support to customers, and collaborate with test and application engineersTechnical Expertise and QualificationsMaster’s degree in a relevant field with 6+ years of IC design experienceProven experience in designing 30+ Gbps TIA's and linear modulator driversDeep understanding of SiGe bipolar IC design or RF CMOS, along with strong analog design fundamentalsDemonstrated expertise in mmWave, RF, and analog integrated circuit designProficiency in Cadence schematic design and layout toolsFamiliarity with E&M modeling tools such as EMX, ADS, HFSS, or Sonnet is a plusAbility to characterize products in a laboratory settingExperience supporting products through the entire development and release cycleTeam leadership experience is advantageous #J-18808-Ljbffr
