Overview In this role you will lead the custom analog and mixed-signal IC layout from floor planning through to chip-level integration and verification. You collaborate with circuit designers to ensure layouts meet performance and manufacturing targets, balancing parasitics, power integrity, and reliability. You will drive block-level and top-level verification and coordinate layout activities across the team. This position offers impact by shaping high-performance analog/RF IP for complex systems in France. Verantwortungsbereiche Lead custom analog and mixed-signal IC layout from floor planning to final integration Manage chip-level integration of analog, mixed-signal and ASIC blocks Complete block-level and top-level verification (DRC, LVS, ERC, extraction, DFM) Collaborate with designers on floor planning, matching, parasitic management and critical signal paths Coordinate layout activities and schedules with other layout engineers Review power/ground routing, electromigration, signal coupling and related risks Support final chip finishing and ensure layouts meet performance and manufacturing requirements Zentrale Anforderungen 8–10 years of analog, mixed-signal, or RF IC layout experience Strong understanding of high-speed layout and parasitic effects across process technologies Experience with Cadence Virtuoso Ability to interpret Calibre DRC, ERC and LVS results Knowledge of IR drop, RC delay, electromigration and chip finishing Experience with floor planning and area estimation Strong communication skills and ability to work with circuit designers FinFET experience beneficial; High-speed BiCMOS layout experience advantageous Role based in France with eligibility to work (no sponsorship) strong communication collaboration with cross-functional teams attention to detail Cadence Virtuoso Calibre (DRC, ERC, LVS) floor planning
