Overview As a Senior RF/Analog IC Designer, you will drive the design, development, and testing of cutting-edge Analog/RF/mmWave circuits for AI datacentres. You will work within a cross-functional team to meet project milestones and translate designs into production. You will analyze simulation and test data to report on progress and contribute to scalable, high-yield solutions. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to shape next-generation ICs in a dynamic, office-based setting in Switzerland. Verantwortungsbereiche Design, draft, test and release analog/RF/mmWave ICs and systems Own assigned design activities and ensure timely milestone delivery Collaborate with transistor designers, application engineers and device engineering teams Analyze simulation and test data and provide clear status reports Support product engineering in transferring products to production Zentrale Anforderungen MSc or PhD in Electronics Engineering with around 4 years hands-on Analog/RF IC design experience in high-speed AMS, ideally with TIA, laser drivers or receivers Extensive knowledge of Analog/RF/mmWave circuits and systems including TIA Ability to propose innovative IP-level solutions with BiCMOS and PAM4 technologies Proficiency with Cadence and ADS; familiarity with Spectrum Analyzers and Network Analyzers Experience with EM, electro-optic and thermal simulations Understanding of integration processes, high yield and cost efficiency Hands-on experience in designing evaluation boards and addressing electrical/thermal considerations Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite collaboration ownership strong communication Cadence ADS TIA
