Principal RF IC Design Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal RF IC Design Engineer to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in developing MMIC for optical coherent applications. You will be responsible for the end-to-end process of IC development, from concept to productisation, with a focus on SiGe and silicon-based ICs operating at frequencies above 30GHz.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development of integrated circuits from initial concept through to productisation
Architect, design schematics, layout, and perform hands-on laboratory characterization of high-frequency ICs
Manage projects effectively, provide technical support to customers, and collaborate with test and application engineers
Technical Expertise and qualifications:
Master’s degree in a relevant field with 6+ years of IC design experience
Proven experience in designing 30+ Gbps TIA's and linear modulator drivers
Deep understanding of SiGe bipolar IC design or RF CMOS, along with strong analog design fundamentals
Demonstrated expertise in mmWave, RF, and analog integrated circuit design
Proficiency in Cadence schematic design and layout tools
Familiarity with E&M modeling tools such as EMX, ADS, HFSS, or Sonnet is a plus
Ability to characterize products in a laboratory setting
Experience supporting products through the entire development and release cycle
Team leadership experience is advantageous
