Requirements:
- 5+ years of proven success in executive search and placement for leadership positions (preferable in IT).
- Strong experience in staffing and executive placement across different global locations, including the EU and USA.
- Established personal network of C-level and top management professionals.
- 7+ years of experience in IT recruiting, readiness to work with mass hiring in Germany.
- Excellent networking, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Deep understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and interview best practices.
- Native speaker or Fluent level of German language.
- Advanced level of English language (both written and spoken).
- IT background or deep technical understanding is a strong plus.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for executive and senior leadership positions for the company.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber leadership talent.
- Leverage personal and professional networks to identify and engage C-level and senior management candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry leaders, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
- Conduct in-depth interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and ensure alignment with business needs.
- Manage the offer negotiation and hiring process in collaboration with HR and senior management.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in executive recruitment.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as a top choice for executive talent.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
