That’s why we foster a cycling culture on our team and reduce waste. 5+ years of proven success in executive search and placement for leadership positions (preferable in IT). ~ Strong experience in staffing and executive placement across different global locations, including the EU and USA. ~ Established personal network of C-level and top management professionals. ~Native speaker or Fluent level of German language. ~ Advanced level of English language (both written and spoken). ~ Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for executive and senior leadership positions for the company. Leverage personal and professional networks to identify and engage C-level and senior management candidates. Build and maintain strong relationships with industry leaders, hiring managers, and stakeholders. Manage the offer negotiation and hiring process in collaboration with HR and senior management. Stay up-to-date with market trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in executive recruitment. Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as a top choice for executive talent.
