We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join a technical delivery team and work across ServiceNow development, configuration, integrations, CMDB, Discovery, and platform support.
Location: Frankfurt, Germany (Hybrid)

What You'll Bring:
ServiceNow Development: Strong hands-on experience with end-to-end ServiceNow development, configuration, workflows, catalog items, and scripting
Service Catalog & Workflows: Experience designing and developing Catalog Items, Workflows, Flow Designer, business rules, client scripts, and server-side scripting
CMDB: Hands-on experience with CMDB administration, configuration, data management, and troubleshooting
HAM / SAM: Experience with Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM)
Discovery: Strong understanding of ServiceNow Discovery, discovery processes, configuration items, and infrastructure data
SLA & Reporting: Experience with SLA configuration, reporting, dashboards, and platform analytics
Integration: Understanding of ServiceNow integrations, APIs, and integration troubleshooting
Testing & Deployment: Experience with testing, defect resolution, deployment, release activities, and production support
Administration: Strong ServiceNow platform administration and troubleshooting capabilities
Documentation & Governance: Ability to maintain technical documentation, configuration details, working notes, and ensure traceability from requirements through deployment
Collaboration: Ability to work with technical teams, business stakeholders, administrators, integration teams, and other suppliers in an enterprise environment
