We are looking for a Cyber Delivery Coordinator to support the end-to-end delivery, governance, and continuous improvement of cybersecurity and Identity & Access Management (IAM) services across internal teams and external service providers.
- Govern SOC and IAM services, including IGA, PAM, MFA, SSO, and Access Management.
- Monitor SLAs, KPIs, service performance, risks, and contracts.
- Lead operational and steering committees, service reviews, and vendor performance meetings.
- Coordinate security incidents, remediation activities, dependencies, and risk mitigation.
- Ensure alignment with ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR requirements.
- Drive continuous service improvements and provide reports to senior security and IT leadership.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity, SOC operations, threat monitoring, and incident response.
- Familiarity with IGA, PAM, MFA, SSO, and Access Management frameworks.
- ITIL-aligned service governance and vendor management experience.
- Experience tracking SLAs/KPIs and managing external MSSPs and system integrators.
- Practical knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR.
- Understanding of hybrid enterprise and cloud security environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management, analytical thinking, risk assessment, and executive reporting skills.
