We’re looking for an experienced Pega Senior System Architect (SSA) to support workflow digitization, process automation, and business transformation initiatives on the Pega platform.
- Certified Pega Senior System Architect (SSA) – certification must be verifiable
- 5+ years of senior-level experience in workflow digitization
- 5+ years of hands-on Pega workflow implementation
- Strong experience in workflow management and process automation
- As-Is / To-Be process analysis
- Requirements gathering and process consulting
- Pega-based workflow and case management implementation
- Integration with partner systems and services
- Functional support during testing, rollout and production
- Technical and functional documentation
Nice to Have:
- 5+ years designing and implementing Pega case management, workflow & automation solutions
- 3+ years working with Agile methodologies – Scrum / Kanban
- 3+ years facilitating requirements workshops
- Strong client-facing consulting and stakeholder management experience
- Consult clients on workflow digitization and process transformation
- Analyze existing processes and design optimized target processes
- Gather and document business requirements
- Digitize workflows on the Pega low-code SaaS platform
- Support UX design and system integrations
- Coordinate testing, rollout and production deployment
- Provide functional support, change management and user management
- Maintain and enhance client-specific Pega platform layers
