SAP Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP FICO Team Lead to join our dynamic team and lead the delivery of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Team Leadership : Lead and manage a team of SAP FICO consultants, ensuring high-quality delivery of SAP FI / CO solutions. Mentor and develop team members, providing support and guidance in day-to-day activities.
2. Implementation & Configuration : Oversee and actively participate in the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP FICO modules (FI, CO, AA, GL, AP, AR, etc.) to meet business requirements.
3. Stakeholder Management : Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure SAP FICO solutions are aligned with the organization’s financial and controlling processes.
4. Process Improvement : Identify and implement process improvements in financial accounting, controlling, and reporting, ensuring that the SAP FICO system meets both business needs and industry best practices.
