We are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to support the legal function of a global technology business. Working closely with senior legal and business stakeholders, the successful candidate will provide practical legal support across a broad range of commercial matters, with a particular focus on contracting. The role requires a commercially minded lawyer who can independently manage contractual matters, navigate competing business priorities, and provide clear, pragmatic advice in an international environment. Fluency in English is essential for this role.
Responsibilities
Draft, review and negotiate B2B commercial agreements, including technology, software, licensing, services, partnership and supplier agreements.
Lead contract negotiations and advise stakeholders on legal and commercial risks.
Provide legal support on technology-related matters, including data protection, intellectual property and confidentiality.
Work closely with commercial and cross-functional teams on transactions and other business matters.
Support commercial tenders, contractual disputes and external counsel where required.
YOUR PROFILE
Qualified lawyer with ideally 5+ years of relevant experience.
Strong experience drafting and negotiating complex B2B commercial contracts.
Experience in technology, software or digital services is strongly preferred.
Commercial, pragmatic and solution-oriented approach.
Ability to work independently and effectively with international stakeholders.
Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills.
Strong interest in technology and confidence using modern digital and AI-enabled tools in legal work.
Fluent English is essential; proficiency in Arabic is highly preferred.
