Overview In this role you will support the structuring, issuance, and distribution of financial instruments with a focus on structured products for a Swiss financial institution. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance and sound legal design of product platforms and SPV arrangements. You will draft and negotiate key transaction documents and monitor evolving laws that impact capital markets.
