Senior Compliance Manager, Swiss Insurance Group

Duration: Approx. 3months, with the possibility of extension We are seeking a Senior Compliance Consultant for a leading Swiss insurance group to review and strengthen its conflict-of-interest process. The consultant will lead the project independently, combining compliance expertise, project management, and pragmatic process improvement. The role requires a hands-on, self-sufficient candidate with the ability to challenge existing approaches and work closely with the business. Fluency in French is essential. Responsibilities

Review and develop the existing conflict-of-interest framework and process Update and refine the relevant policies, procedures, and supporting documentation Design clear processes and controls for conducting, documenting, and evidencing conflict-of-interest checks Address compliance requirements relating to conflicts of interest, key persons, gifts and hospitality, and secondary employment / outside activities Assess opportunities for the technical enablement and optimisation of the process Support the evaluation and potential implementation of a suitable compliance tool, ideally with AI-enabled capabilities Once the framework is established, support the execution of conflict-of-interest checks as required Review declarations and supporting information, conducting additional research and follow-up where necessary Collaborate closely with Compliance and relevant internal stakeholders to ensure a pragmatic and effective implementation YOUR PROFILE

Several years of hands‑on compliance experience, ideally within insurance or another regulated financial services environment Strong expertise in conflicts of interest and related areas such as key persons, gifts and hospitality, and secondary employment / outside activities Proven ability to independently design, implement, and document compliance review processes and controls Solid project management experience combined with a structured, self‑sufficient, and delivery‑focused working style Good technical understanding and the ability to translate compliance and business requirements into pragmatic digital or AI‑enabled solutions Excellent French language skills are essential USING AI IN YOUR APPLICATION
