Overview
In this role you will establish and manage client relationships while delivering Interim Legal’s staffing value proposition. You will own a vertical market strategy, drive business development, and manage multiple search projects to meet client needs. You will oversee the talent acquisition process from first contact to onboarding, and contribute to marketing and events that showcase the value of our services. You will work cross-functionally to improve how we market and deliver our solutions, shaping a flexible, client-centric legal staffing model.

- Acquire and deepen client relationships and expand the client base
- Own a specific industry vertical and design a development strategy for our services
- Manage multiple search projects to support client needs
- Lead the talent acquisition process from initial contact to onboarding for client projects
- Contribute to marketing materials and events to showcase Interim Legal’s value proposition
- Continuously improve how Interim Legal markets its products and services
