Overview
As Legal Counsel at Interim Legal, you will support the Head of Legal in regulatory and contractual matters for asset management solutions. You will work with cross-border stakeholders and supervise compliance with Swiss and European rules. You will draft fund, investment management, and distribution contracts and assist in onboarding managers and partners. This role blends legal analysis with practical governance, offering exposure to a boutique asset manager’s regulatory landscape and product lifecycle. You will operate in a bilingual environment (German and English) and contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative team.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Support the Head of Legal on legal and regulatory matters for asset management activities in national and international contexts
- Contribute to the lifecycle management of investment solutions from a regulatory perspective
- Draft fund contracts, investment management agreements, distribution contracts, and private placement memoranda
- Coordinate regulatory approvals and interactions with Swiss and international supervisory authorities
- Monitor regulatory reporting and update obligations with authorities and external partners
- Stay informed on Swiss and European regulatory developments (CISA, FinSA, FinIA, UCITS, AIFMD)
- Assist in auditing counterparties and onboarding asset managers and distribution partners
- Manage contracts in internal and external systems
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in law
- Approximately 2–6 years of professional experience in financial services
- Relevant experience in fund or asset management preferred
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking with problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with precision and reliability
- High performance orientation, willingness to learn, and resilience
- Team player with excellent communication skills in German and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
