In this Legal Project Manager role, you will lead and deliver complex legal and operational initiatives within a Zurich-based legal function. - Lead and manage legal projects with on-time delivery and quality standards
- Identify opportunities for operational improvement through problem solving
- Prepare high-quality briefings and materials for meetings
- Draft and coordinate internal and external communications
- Support leadership in organizing internal/external meetings
- Gather data from stakeholders and translate into summaries, dashboards, and visualizations
- Apply advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Macros, SQL queries, data exports) for data analysis
- Design Excel dashboards to support monitoring and decision-making
- Create compelling PowerPoint presentations for complex concepts
- Evaluate and implement legal technology tools as part of digital transformation
- Initiate change and continuous improvement aligned with strategic goals
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Demonstrated experience in legal operations, legal project management, or related roles in corporate/financial services
- Expert-level Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Macros, pivot tables, SQL integration, data exports)
- Experience creating and maintaining Excel dashboards for project tracking
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for professional-grade presentations
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with multi-priority management
- Experience in legal tech assessments or technology transformation initiatives is advantageous
- Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to engage diverse stakeholders
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
