Overview
In this role you will bridge legal teams and IT to drive AI-driven transformation projects within the legal function. You will coordinate cross-functional efforts, shaping technology enablement and governance, while ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment. You’ll work closely with Legal Operations and IT to adopt efficient AI tools and automation, enhancing processes in a regulated environment. This is a hands-on, impact‑driven position in a Swiss-based setting with a focus on scalable legal tech solutions.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Lead and coordinate legal technology and AI transformation projects across legal, compliance, and IT teams
- Support ongoing strategic and operational technology initiatives with the Legal Operations Manager
- Act as primary interface between legal stakeholders and technical/project delivery teams
- Support implementation and optimisation of AI-driven tools and automation within the legal function
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and technology enablement with internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with IT on project planning, execution, testing, and rollout activities
- Support adoption and change management for new legal technology platforms and AI tools
- Facilitate workshops, gather business requirements, and translate needs into deliverables
- Monitor timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications throughout the lifecycle
- Contribute to scalable legal technology processes and governance frameworks
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Proven PM experience in legal tech, digital transformation, or IT initiatives
- Strong understanding of legal and compliance environments, ideally in regulated industries or financial services
- Experience working with both legal professionals and IT teams
- Knowledge of AI tools, automation platforms, and emerging legal tech solutions
- Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot or similar AI-enabled productivity tools (desirable)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical teams
- Structured, solution-oriented, and comfortable in complex project environments
- Fluent in English; German advantageous
- Switzerland-based candidates strongly preferred
