Intermarket Bank AG (“IMB”) is a specialized financial institution for Supply-Chain-Finance services (“SCF”) and part of Erste Group. IMB serves corporate clients from SMEs to Mid-Caps and Large International corporations, whereby Factoring, Invoice Discounting, Forfeiting and Reverse Factoring (“ErsteConfirming”), are the anchor products. In the future also additional SCF products including Invoice Dynamic Discounting, Purchase-Order-Finance and inventory/warehouse based finance solutions will be part of the product portfolio. IMB also acts as Group Center of Competence for SCF Products within the Erste Group in close cooperation with the respective departments and Erste Group network banks for SCF Business in CEE.
The department “Organisation & IT“ is responsible for System Operations (Run the Bank) and System Enhancements (Change the Bank) for the entire IT Architecture of Intermarket Bank AG including the management of third party providers.In addition, we are responsible for IT Governance, IT-Legal and -Financial management, Workplace Services as well as regulatory data reporting towards Erste Group Bank.
Your Tasks
- Responsible for IT-Governance, -Procurement and -Contract Management
- Accountable for overall IT-Financial Management in terms of budgeting & cost controlling
- Drives both run-the-bank and change-the-bank activities together with an internal team of business analysts and IT Providers which are responsible for IT Infrastructure and IT Solutions
- In this context you are responsible to plan & steer the entire release and environment management
- In addition, planning, coordinating and managing the software testing in dedicated test-environments until Go Live is essential to secure stable operations
- Provider Management includes continuous incident, problem and change management as well as improvements of collaboration processes
- Moderation, coordination and documentation of several platforms is an essential part to secure a productive collaboration with all relevant stakeholders
- Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Your Background
- Professional experience in IT Management Processes and ability to understand business and technical requirements in an integrated IT Architecture
- Senior experienced in IT Project Management & IT Service Management
- Understand the principals of IT System Operations Management
- Knowledgeable and skilled in IT Contract Management and Cost Controlling
- Experienced negotiation skills towards IT vendors
- Familiar with IT Management Standards (e.g. ITIL) and IT Management Tools
- Passion for teamwork, willingness to take ownership to discuss the optimal solution with our business and not afraid to challenge status-quo
- Willingness to constantly improve collaboration btw. business and IT stakeholders and find a good mix btw. run-the-bank and change-the-bank topics
- Fluency in English and German language
