YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Data Analyst / Data Engineer, you will play a crucial role in analyzing, managing, and working with our data sets and infrastructure. Your tasks will include:

1. Data Management & Optimization: Take ownership of our data warehouse, ensuring high data quality, availability, and scalability.
2. Dashboard Development: Support our teams and clients by developing and maintaining data dashboards that enable actionable insights.
3. Troubleshooting & Consulting: Identify and resolve data issues while advising teams on best practices for data flows and architecture.
4. Collaboration with Client Teams: Analyze the performance and effectiveness of social media brands, assets, and campaigns.
5. Lead Change through Data: Present analytical results to internal and external stakeholders to enable data-driven decision-making.

REQUIREMENTS

WHAT YOU BRING

We are looking for a highly motivated Data Analyst / Data Engineer with strong technical expertise and a passion for data-driven decision-making.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proven experience with data processing, analysis, and warehouse management (ideally with BigQuery).
• Experience with data modeling and analysis in a modern data warehouse environment and/or statistical software packages (e.g., R, SPSS, Stata, SAS).
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Looker).
• Experience with statistical analysis (e.g., regression analysis, A/B testing).

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience in eCommerce data structures and business intelligence workflows.
• Programming skills (SQL, Python preferred) for data automation and workflow optimization.
• Experience with large language models and machine learning techniques.

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

• Attention to Detail: Highly analytical and loves debugging complex data issues.
• Strong Communicator: Able to translate data insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Language Skills: Fluent in German and proficient in English (written and spoken).
