Demonstrate a thorough understanding of complex accounting and auditing concepts and apply them to client situations. /liliDevelop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel and assess clients' satisfaction. /liliProactively maintain contact with the client throughout the year. /liliDirect daily fieldwork, inform Senior Managers and Partners of the engagement status, and manage staff performance. /liliCoach more junior audit team members on accounting and auditing matters. /liliFoster an efficient, innovative, and team-oriented work environment. /liliContribute ideas/opinions to the audit teams and listen/respond to other team members' views. /li /ulh3TO QUALIFY FOR THE ROLE YOU MUST HAVE /h3ulliA bachelor/master's degree in either Accounting, Audit Management Control, Corporate Finance, Business Administration or Economics /liliYou are/about to be in possession of a certified public accountants' diploma or other similar diploma (Swiss CPA, DEC, ACCA, etc.). /lili5-7 years' experience in external audit, an experience in a Big Four is a plus /liliManagerial experience in leading an audit team in an international environment, coaching audit staffs and seniors on technical accounting/auditing procedures, liaising with audit specialists /liliExperience in Swiss Regulatory audits is a strong asset /liliExcellent verbal and written communication skills in French is required - English and German are strong assets, any additional language is considered as a plus /liliStrong interpersonal skills including the ability to: communicate well; establish strong working relationships; maintain a positive outlook; work under pressure /li /ulh3IDEALLY, YOU'LL ALSO HAVE /h3ulliWillingness to learn and adapt quickly /liliA strong interest in our profession and client-oriented attitude /liliStrong team player mentality to proactively drive solutions within highly motivated and diverse teams across functions, countries and region /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
