We are looking for an Improvement Engineer (M/F/D) to join our IFF business in Bomlitz, Germany!

Improvement Engineer (Bomlitz, CMC):

Your Core Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of the investment program for the CMC plant
• Continuous improvement and adaptation of the plant according to the requirements in force at any given time
• Collaboration in the fulfilment of the plant targets, in particular if technical adjustments are necessary for this
• Preparation, support, and monitoring of investment projects in close cooperation with engineering
• Maintaining contacts with manufacturers of critical equipment
• Carrying out root cause analyses of damage cases, deriving and carrying out improvement and prevention measures
• Implementation of process safety programs in the CMC plant

Your Requirements

• University degree in chemical process engineering, chemical engineering, or equivalent education
• First professional experience in the chemical or process industry (production, engineering or similar)
• Ability to work independently as well as to work in interdisciplinary teams
• Experience in project management of technical projects
• Ability to translate changing plant capability requirements into engineering concepts
• Knowledge of advanced data analysis and modeling is an advantage
• Fluent in German and English
