pThe International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF), founded in 1908, is the worldwide governing body for ice hockey with 84 member associations. In addition to overseeing international rules, officiating, player transfers, and development programs, the IIHF organizes ice hockey at the Olympic Games and runs over 25 World Championship tournaments each year across men's, women's, and junior categories. /ppThe IT Coordinator supports the IIHF's day-to-day IT operations and contributes to the continuous development of its technology environment. The role reports directly to the Technology Director and offers the opportunity to take ownership of operational topics, contribute to projects and gradually assume broader responsibilities. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliProvide professional and service-oriented 1st and 2nd level IT support across the IIHF, taking ownership of requests from initial intake through to resolution or escalation /liliManage standard workplace IT activities, including user access, onboarding and offboarding, device provisioning, software deployment and license administration /liliSupport and maintain the Microsoft 365 and modern workplace environment, including Entra ID, Intune, endpoint management and related technologies /liliSet up, maintain and coordinate laptops, mobile devices, peripherals and meeting-room technology /liliMaintain accurate IT documentation, inventories, procedures and user guides, and actively contribute to improving IT processes and service quality /liliPrepare, test, coordinate and support technology equipment and services used at IIHF events, including selected on-site event assignments /liliCoordinate operational topics with external IT and technology service providers and ensure effective follow-up /liliContribute to IT and technology projects, including testing, implementation and rollout of new systems and services, with the opportunity to gradually take ownership of defined technology areas /li /ulh3Skills and Qualifications /h3pWe are looking for a proactive and service-oriented team player who enjoys taking responsibility and working independently. /pulliCompleted apprenticeship or equivalent education in Information Technology, ICT or a related field /liliPractical experience in 1st and/or 2nd level IT support /liliGood practical knowledge of Microsoft 365 and modern workplace environments; experience with Entra ID, Intune or endpoint management is an advantage /liliGood understanding of end-user hardware, software and IT troubleshooting /liliStructured, reliable and independent way of working with a strong sense of ownership /liliStrong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset /liliWillingness to learn, develop technically and take on broader responsibilities over time /liliFluent English; German is an advantage /liliWillingness to travel internationally for selected IIHF events /li /ulh3What we offer /h3pWe offer you exciting and varied tasks with independence and responsibility within the global ice hockey environment.
