U.S. Litigation Staff Attorney/ Senior Staff Attorney (Fully Remote)

• Manage all aspects of litigation and litigation-related advocacy.
• Collaborate with IRAP staff members.
• Represent IRAP in external relationships.

Qualifications:

• Law degree and license to practice law in the U.S.
• Three or more years of relevant legal experience.
• Prior experience working with marginalized and/or displaced communities preferred.
• Fully paid family health insurance
• Extensive PTO (20 or more vacation days & 19 org-wide holidays)
• Comprehensive leave time for sickness

Job-related Requirements:

• The position is preferably based in New York City, but Washington D.C.-based or remote work within the US is also possible.
• Remote staff expected to travel to the New York City office four times a year.
