Ensure costs, availability, quality and geographical coverage of partners corresponds to client needs.

Responsibilities
- Build & manage the medical provider network.
- Establish and maintain long‑term partnerships with hospitals, clinics, physicians and medical service providers across Central and Eastern Europe.
- Ensure comprehensive geographic coverage of services.
- Act as a point of contact for our providers in the region.
- Source, select and onboard new service providers.
- Conduct desktop and onsite visits of service providers.
- Ensure compliance with defined medical, operational and contractual standards.
- Negotiate pricing, service scope and contractual terms with key service providers in the region.
- Manage customer feedback with service providers.
- Support cost‑control and efficiency initiatives.
- Work closely with the global team of medical, operations and commercial experts.
- Provide data‑driven recommendations, analysis and network insights of the region.
- Maintain accurate provider, contract, and performance data in internal systems.
- Ensure transparency and reliable reporting for decision‑making.
Qualifications
This role will be a great fit if you enjoy combining healthcare expertise with commercial thinking in an international environment.
- A degree ideally in healthcare management, business administration, public health or a comparable qualification.
- Previous professional experience in healthcare, provider management, insurance, pharma, medtech, assistance or related fields.
- Strong understanding of the German healthcare system is a plus.
- Structured, organized and detail‑oriented working style.
- Confident communication skills, including in complex or time‑sensitive situations.
- Solid IT skills and experience working with data and management systems.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Additional languages such as Romanian, Hungarian, Slovenian, Croatian or Albanian are an advantage.
