- Manage a portfolio of healthcare providers and act as their main point of contact
- Build strong relationships with providers to meet contract and service targets
- Focus on medical record collection targets/ KPI's and provider network coverage
- Support providers through onboarding, assessment, and ongoing participation in the network
- Act as the escalation point for provider issues and resolve blockers to programme requirements
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure the provider network meets client needs
- Identify and onboard new providers where there are gaps in coverage
- Keep provider information accurate and up to date across systems
- Support providers with medical record submissions, including Electronic Health Records transfers
- Identify recurring provider or client issues and coordinate solutions (e.g. claims, credentialing, site assessments)
- Proven service delivery experience in a professional services B2B environment or senior account management experience or program management experience
- Highly proficient in English (written and verbal)
- Highly proficient in German
- Self-starter, self-driven to deliver results
- Proven experience in building strong and effective relationships with medical professionals at medical institutions - including senior management levels
- Negotiation, conflict resolution, and presentation skills
- Dynamic and creative problem-solving abilities
- Own a car and willing to travel
