The ITA is an international organisation constituted as an independent not-for-profit foundation based in Lausanne, Switzerland. It manages anti-doping programs for International sports Federations (IFs), Major Event Organisers (MEOs) and Anti-Doping Organisations (ADOs) that wish to delegate their programs to a body that implements high quality programs with increased transparency and independence. The ITA operates in full compliance with the World Anti-Doping Code.
To support its Education department, the ITA is looking for a committed and passionate full-time (40 hours per week):
Education Intern
Job description :
The Education Intern will support the work of the delivery of anti-doping programs and activities on behalf of the organisation and its Partners.
Key responsibilities :
Support with preparation of Event-Based Education shipments
Assist with project coordination and administrative tasks
Assistwith specific projects for Major Event Organisers and International Sport Federations
Assist with the delivery of virtual anti-doping Education
Contribute to the development and review of educational content and materials
Help maintain records, documentation, and reporting as required
Provide general Support to the Education team on ongoing projects and activities
Skills and experience required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in management, administration or other related areas
Excellent English written and oral communication skills, other languages are an asset
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and other common workplace applications
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Team player with a proactive approach
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment
Additional language skills are an asset
