The EY audit team is focused on quality and is bound by a service approach that is connected, responsive and insightful. /p h3The opportunity /h3 ul liYou will work with national and international companies active in the industrial and commercial fields, non-profit organizations, trading companies and help us to grow our dynamic practice through the development of trusted client relationships and high performing teams /li liYou will be a part of EY international and multicultural environment /li liYou will benefit from an intensive on the job training combined with supervision and counselling to support your professional development /li /ul h3Your key responsibilities /h3 ul liHelp build trust and confidence through transparency, clarity and consistency /li liReport on the fairness in all material respects with which a client's audited financial statements are presented /li liProvide the organizations we serve with greater confidence, better perspective of their business and enhanced transparency into the audit, in order to deliver audits of the highest quality /li /ul h3Skills and attributes for success /h3 ul liA bachelor/master's degree in either Accounting, Audit Management Control, Corporate Finance, Business Administration or Economics, a Swiss university degree is an asset /li liYou are/about to be in possession of a certified public accountants' diploma or other similar diploma (Swiss CPA, DEC, ACCA, etc.). /li li2-3 years' experience in external audit, an experience in a Big Four is an asset /li liExcellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English are required /li liStrong interpersonal skills including the ability to: communicate well; establish strong working relationships; maintain a positive outlook; work under pressure /li /ul h3Ideally, you'll also have /h3 ul liWillingness to learn and adapt quickly /li liA strong interest in our profession and client-oriented attitude /li liStrong team player mentality to proactively drive solutions within highly motivated and diverse teams across functions, countries and region /li /ul h3What's in it for you /h3 pHere at EY, you'll have the chance to build a truly exceptional experience.
