In 2019, Acushnet Company partnered with KJUS, joining our brand with other fantastic labels like Titleist, FootJoy, Scotty Cameron, and Vokey /ph3The Financial Accountant will report to the Financial Accounting Manager. /h3h3Key responsabilities: /h3ulliResponsible for bookkeeping for LK Österreich GmbH, KJUS Retail GmbH and LK Deutschland GmbH, including transaction processing, reporting, payments, coordination with external consultants, and intercompany reconciliation activities. /liliSupport accounts receivable activities, including serving as backup for invoice processing. /liliSupport accounts payable activities, including payment initiation. /liliSupport the Financial Accounting Manager in various projects, analyses, and technical accounting matters. /liliCollaborate with and provide required information to the Shared Service Center to ensure efficient and accurate financial processes. /liliManage the general Finance mailbox, including communication with customers and vendors. /liliOversee the dunning process and support cash collection activities. /liliPrepare quarterly reporting packages for all entities. /liliMaintain VAT tax codes within the ERP system. /liliEnsure proper document storage and records retention in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements. /li /ulh3Requirements: /h3ulliCommercial Education with further education in Finance and Accounting or equivalent professional experience. /liliMinimum of 5 years of experience in a comparable accounting or finance position within an international business environment. /liliStrong understanding of financial processes, reporting requirements, and cross-functional collaboration. /liliProficient user of ERP systems, Microsoft Office applications, and Outlook. /liliAbility to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. /liliExcellent organizational and communication skills. /liliComfortable working in a dynamic, international environment with stakeholders across multiple countries and functions. /liliProactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic international environment. /liliAbility to work independently while effectively coordinating with shared services teams, external partners, and multiple legal entities. /liliStrong analytical skills, adaptability, and a collaborative approach to solve problems and improve processes. /li /ulh3Ready to Make an Impact? /h3pJoin us at KJUS and be part of a team that values excellence and innovation. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
