As a Senior Manager in the Restructuring urgent Restructuring and Turnaround projects, Independent Business Reviews (IBRs), Liquidity analysis, Market assessment, Capital structure analysis, Options review and stakeholder negotiation Well-developed financial analysis skills and advanced experience in reviewing and presenting a range of financial and 3-statement financial models Well developed team management and coaching skills in often urgent situations combined with excellent client communication and influencing skills Well networked with a highly respected reputation for project delivery across the Private Equity and Corporate community Native or business fluent German Company Benefits - Interpath Values Our four core values are the cornerstones of culture at Interpath and steer everything from everyday decisions to larger strategic initiatives.
