We are looking for a talented Director to join our newly launched Transaction Services team in Frankfurt or Munich and deliver projects for an exciting mix of clients including top tier Private Equity and Corporate clients.You will work closely with Managing Directors in a truly entrepreneurial work environment, setting up and developing a leading Deal Advisory practice in Germany alongside bright and energetic people.You will work across the entire deal life cycle in a hands‑on role, including both buy‑side and sell‑side work, helping clients to deliver successful transactions working closely alongside our corporate finance, value creation and debt advisory colleagues across the Interpath network. As a Director, you will lead major engagements, manage senior client relationships, and contribute significantly to the strategic development and commercial success of the practice.Your ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee buy‑side and sell‑side financial due diligence engagements across a wide range of industriesAct as a trusted advisor to PE and Corporate clients, including C‑suite and investment teamsManage and coach high‑performing teams, including Senior Managers and Managers, fostering a strong people and performance cultureDrive business development, including proposal development, client origination, and cross‑service collaborationTake ownership of engagement economics, risk management, and quality assurance in line with firm standardsContribute to the growth strategy of the German Deals practice, including thought leadership and market visibilityRequirementsExtensive experience in Financial Due Diligence assignments / Transaction Services / Deals team, within a Big 4 or top‑tier advisory firmProven track record at Senior Manager or Director level of managing multi‑million revenue generating FDD projects, with readiness for Director responsibility if stepping upStrong understanding of M&A processes, deal structuring, and value driversExcellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skillsEntrepreneurial mindset with a clear focus on client impact and commercial growthProfessional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CFA or equivalent) completedFluency in English is required with C1 German.
